Delivery Charges

You will be notified automatically of any delivery costs that may apply before you submit your credit/debit card details based on the delivery address that you have supplied. Please note that we require a signature upon delivery of your order. Our products are sourced and delivered from multiple suppliers and locations. There is a chance your order will be delivered in separate parcels and the delivery time and cost will vary depending on the nature of your order.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Light Item Delivery - £1.95*

• Light items, such as packets of seeds, will be dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and charged at £1.95.

Standard Delivery - £5.95*

• Standard delivery is made by carrier and covers the majority of parcel sized products available on our website.

Large Delivery - £17.95*

• Large delivery covers products that are over 1.5m in lenght but not over 30kg in weight, an example would be a garden bench.

Heavy Delivery - £35.00*

• Heavy delivery covers products over 30kg in weight, an example would be a garden furniture set.

Free Delivery - Zone 1 Only*

• Spend over £75 in a single transaction and you will receive free delivery on your order.

Delivery Destinations

We can deliver to the all of the UK, including the Scottish Isles,Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.

For the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and delivery times very by zone

Zone 1

• England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

Zone 2

• The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Zone 3

• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

Please note: we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination and as such you would need to call for a delivery quote.
